Problem Note 62460: Run instances are not retrieved, you cannot create new runs, and "ERROR...Caught unchecked exception..." occurs in SAS® Model Implementation Platform

In SAS Model Implementation Platform, run instances are not retrieved, and you cannot create new runs. This problem occurs after you migrate from SAS Model Implementation Platform 2.3 to SAS Model Implementation Platform 3.1. When you encounter this issue, the log contains messages similar to the following:

The workaround is to restart SASServer11.
